On the afternoon of January 9th, Share Power Co., Ltd. held its first safety-specific training session for the year 2026 in the fourth-floor conference room at its headquarters. Nearly fifty staff members from various departments including Engineering Management, Design and Research Institute, Business Department, Human Resources, Procurement, Quality Management, Administration, and Development Planning attended the training on-site. Project teams stationed off-site participated online via video conference, organized by their respective project managers at the project locations.

The training was delivered by Manager Gu Hongbin, Head of the Quality Management Department. He provided a detailed presentation based on the company's on-site quality and safety supervision and inspection results from the previous year, recent fire incidents both within and outside the province, and winter construction site safety risks. The topics covered included:

· Analysis of Typical Safety and Quality Issues in Share Power Co., Ltd. Project Construction for 2025

· Interpretation of Share Power Co., Ltd. Special Emergency Plan for Office Building Fire Incidents (Version C)

· "Ten Precautions" for Winter Construction Safety

This training further enhanced the overall safety awareness, emergency response capabilities, and incident handling skills of all employees. It also improved the safety management proficiency of project managers, achieving excellent results.

In the new year, Share Power Co., Ltd. will use this training as a new starting point to continuously strengthen the "red line awareness" and "bottom-line thinking." The company is committed to transforming safety responsibilities into proactive work motivation and building an impregnable safety defense through higher standards, stricter requirements, and more practical measures. This will provide the most solid safety guarantee for the company's high-quality development.
