Since the signing of the contract for the EPC general contracting project of the power generation area (East Area) of the 200MW offshore photovoltaic power station in the flood detention area of Lianjiang Kemen Development Zone under China Huadian Group, Share Power Co., Ltd. has always taken promoting project progress as an important driving force, exercised self-discipline with a high sense of responsibility and mission, and thus ensured the timely completion of the first pipe pile construction and the scheduled first-phase grid connection task of the project (East Area). By fully utilizing existing resources, rationally allocating work, and building a professional management team, Share Power has guaranteed the smooth completion of all key nodes for the owner with high-quality management, ultimately gaining unanimous recognition from the owner unit.

During project construction, the on-site project department faced various difficulties, which the project team jointly discussed and actively resolved. For example, addressing the huge workload of high-altitude operations on water, standardizing the use of safety protection equipment, and organizing personnel from all participating units to conduct on-site inspections on water to measure water depth and understand the general underwater conditions. The on-site project department actively formulated relevant plans and submitted them to Huadian Fujian Company for approval, which were approved. In addition, the project department, together with the construction team, optimized the construction of the platform operation plan multiple times. All members of the project department personally experienced the actual construction effect, which not only improved work efficiency but also ensured the safety of the operation environment.
