Seeking Light in Luoyang, Uniting Team Strength - 2025 Golden Autumn Journey
To inject fresh vitality into daily work and let team cohesion grow quietly amid cultural nourishment, from November 7 to 9, 2025, all colleagues of the company temporarily left their familiar screens and meeting tables, and embarked on a three-day "journey of seeking light" in Luoyang, the millennium-old imperial capital, which integrates cultural heritage and team warmth.

On the afternoon of the 7th, the high-speed train carrying all members departed from Nanjing. The carriage was filled with laughter, and everyone's expectations for the Luoyang trip flowed and spread in the chats.
On the morning of the 8th, the morning light soaked in moisture spread over the gray tile eaves of Luoyang, gilding the ancient city with a pale gold hue. Colleagues packed up and set off by bus to Laojun Mountain. When arriving at the foot of the mountain, the morning mist had not yet dispersed, and the blue-gray mountains loomed faintly in the curling clouds and mist. The cold air from the night before still carried the aftertaste of drizzle. Everyone unfolded the company flag for a group photo - that bright color was particularly eye-catching against the blue and white mountains and rivers, like a bright footnote to everyone's collective mood.

Taking cable cars and treading mountain roads, when looking up, the wispy clouds, exotic rocks and green pines and cypresses came into view. Everyone breathed the fresh mountain air freely, and the busyness of work instantly turned into the broadness in their eyes. Team cohesion quietly heated up in the joy of climbing together. The morning light gradually scattered through the gaps between the mountains. Standing halfway up the mountain, the legacy of Taoist immortality blew in the wind, and people seemed to turn into practitioners in the mountain, integrating with the rocks, plants and trees.

When reaching the top, the clouds and mist dispersed just in time. The Golden Summit shone brightly in the sun, and the entire mountain range came into sight. Some leaned on the railing to look into the distance, letting the mountain wind blow their hair; some made video calls to share their joy with their families; some talked about work anecdotes and life expectations. The fragrance of pine needles and soil filled the air, and this refreshing scent gradually turned into the most precious team-building memory in everyone's hearts.

As dusk fell and the lights came on, the taste of the Yellow River carp on the dinner table still lingered on the lips. Before savoring it carefully, the group had already taken a bus to Luoyi Ancient City.
The warm yellow lights dyed the white slab stone roads extremely gently. At the crossroads, the ancient-style buildings with overlapping eaves and red lanterns hanging like daylight made people feel in a trance - not knowing where they were, they seemed to walk into the Lantern Festival scene described by Xin Qiji in his poem "East Wind blows, thousands of trees bloom at night".
Colleagues walked in groups of two or three: some stopped to admire tourists wearing Hanfu, some lingered on the performance programs by the river, and some searched for authentic snacks following the aroma. Wandering around, watching the "Celestial Maidens Scattering Flowers" dance gracefully and chatting about life anecdotes with laughter. The evening breeze brushed the face, carrying the warm fragrance of pollen and food, quietly dispelling the tiredness of climbing and narrowing the distance between each other's hearts.

On the morning of the 9th, the team hurried to White Horse Temple. At that time, there were not many people. When stepping on the ancient road and meeting White Horse Temple for the first time, everyone's reverence for this "first ancient temple in China" arose spontaneously.

The temple is divided into inner and outer areas. The inner area is composed of ancient Chinese Buddhist buildings, with pines, cypresses and bamboo forests interspersed. At the end of the bluestone path lies the Qingliang Terrace where eminent monks once translated scriptures. Incense curled in front of the Buddha hall, and everyone folded their hands to pray. At this moment, there was no noise of work troubles, only the calmness of the soul.

The outer area consists of Thai and Burmese-style Buddhist halls. The exotic buildings are resplendent and towering into the clouds. In contrast, one is implicit and the other is upright, showing the inclusive attitude of Chinese culture, making people admire the unique charm of Chinese Buddhism after the spread of Buddhism from the East.

The subsequent visit to Luoyang Museum opened the door to history for everyone. The museum has a rich collection: from the mottled green rust of bronzes in the Xia, Shang and Zhou dynasties to the bright and vivid glaze colors of Tang tri-color glazed pottery, from the vigorous lines of stone carving art to the long-lasting charm of ancient calligraphy and paintings, which gradually unfolded the glorious past of the ancient capital of thirteen dynasties. Wandering among the exhibition halls, everyone seemed to travel through the river of time: listening to the ritual wisdom of the ancestors in front of the bronze ritual vessels, and exchanging views on the open atmosphere of the prosperous Tang Dynasty beside the tri-color horses. This dialogue spanning thousands of years made everyone more deeply reverent for the land under their feet.

At the end of the trip, the team visited Longmen Grottoes, a world cultural heritage. The Yi River flows quietly, with the East and West Mountains facing each other. 100,000 Buddha statues wake up from the stone walls, silently watching the passage of time. When the team members stood at the foot of the Lushena Buddha, they were all shocked by that compassionate smile that has passed through thousands of years - the smooth folds of the robe hang down like a waterfall, and every line embodies the ultimate piety and dedication of ancient craftsmen. "How many generations of persistence does it take to achieve such an immortal feat?" This silent question lingered in everyone's mind, and made the words "persistence" and "dedication" have the weight of mountains and rivers from then on.

The return high-speed train raced along, and the sunset dyed the sky outside the window. Some stared into the distance in a daze, some looked through photos with a smile on their lips. Although the three-day trip was short, the touching moments and gains have settled in their hearts - we touched history in the ancient charm of Luoyang, experienced persistence in the clouds and mist of Laojun Mountain, and found a moment of clarity in the tranquility of White Horse Temple. Now returning with a ray of autumn light, we have more light in our eyes and each other by our sides. This golden autumn journey of seeking light has become a warm background that illuminates the team's future. Farewell, divine capital Luoyang!
