Since the beginning of summer, the high-temperature roasting mode has been launched all over the country, especially in Fuyang. The company's leaders are concerned about the employees who are struggling on the front line of the second phase of the project. On July 25, 2023, the Human Resource Department, together with the Design&Research Institute, the Development&Planning Department and the Department of Quality Management, on behalf of the company, sent coolness to the employees who stick to their posts under high temperatures.

After the condolence team arrived at the Yingshang project site, they had lunch with everyone and cordially communicated with the employees. Ms. Bian, general manager of Human Resource Department, and her delegation brought the heat prevention care bag prepared by the company for everyone. It contains not only essential summer cool supplies such as Huoxiang Zhengqi water, toilet water and wind oil essence, but also rich daily necessities such as towels, laundry detergent, milk, bread and so on.

Pang Gong of the Department of Quality Management communicates with the on-site employees on the information and documents, checking every detail to ensure that the documents are reasonable and effective. Director Jin and Zhao Gong of the Design&Research Institute also carried out technical exchanges with the project technicians on the relevant situation on the site, jointly discussed the solutions to the on-site matters, and worked together to promote the progress of the project.

Subsequently, the project department Xu gong led the condolence team to the front-line site for a field visit to introduce the working principle and the progress of the floating photovoltaic project.

Through the on-site visit to the surface photovoltaic project, the condolence team also truly felt the difficulties of the front-line employees, saying that in the future, in the process of work, we should understand each other more, and have more communication when encountering problems. Everyone should work together to complete the project on time and in quality.

Through this condolence activity, the condolence team, on behalf of the company, brought care and expectations to the employees at the site of the second phase of the project in Fuyang Yingshang, affirmed the spirit of the personnel on the project site to constantly overcome difficulties and forge ahead, and further enhanced the enthusiasm and sense of belonging of front-line personnel. This condolence activity coincided with the Three Gorges Yingshang Phase II Project 2# pond 59MW all grid-connected power generation. Up to now, a total of 135MW connected to the grid to generate power. The on-site employees unanimously expressed that they must base on their posts, overcome difficulties, and ensure quality and quantity to complete the project construction task!
