In August, although summer has gradually come to an end, the heat in Yancheng is still undiminished. The company's leaders are concerned about the front-line employees of Xiangshui Jintian Paper's distributed photovoltaic project. From August 3 to August 4, 2023, the Human Resource Department, together with the Design&Research Institute, the Engineering Management Department and the Development&Planning Department, sent care to the employees who stick to their posts.

After the condolence team arrived at the Xiangshui project site, they had a cordial communication with the project members. Ms. Bian, general manager of Human Resource Department, and her delegation brought a care gift package prepared by the company for everyone, including flower dew, soap, towels and other essential summer cool supplies. They also prepared cola, beer, instant noodles, milk, bread and other rich daily necessities.

Subsequently, Manager Wang of the project department led the condolence team to the site for a field visit, and introduced the relevant knowledge of the distributed photovoltaic project and the implementation of the project.

The straight ladder from the factory to the roof is as hot as a soldering iron under the sunlight, but the on-site personnel are still on the front line, making everyone more aware of the hard work of the on-site construction personnel.

Through this condolence activity, the company expressed the company's care and expectations for the on-site employees of the 27.92MW distributed photovoltaic project of Xiangshui Jintian Paper, and also put forward requirements for the safe construction of the site personnel in the summer. The project team also said that the safe production will not be relaxed and efforts will be made to achieve the set goals of the project.
