It has been more than ten years since the establishment of the company. In July 2023, Share Power welcomed a group of new employees again. In order to enable new employees to adapt to the company's efficient pace faster, understand the company's culture, and be familiar with the work content, the company decided to hold a week-long intensive training for new employees in 2023 on July 4-7, 2023.

The content of this new employee induction training involves leadership lectures, system learning, professional learning, safety learning, on-site learning, written test, fresh graduate worship ceremony and training experience exchange and other aspects.

On July 4, first of all, Mr. Gu Huamin, the chairman, welcomed the new employees to join the Share Power family, and then gave a comprehensive and detailed speech on the company's business philosophy, development history, new energy market and outlook. Mr. Gu stressed that we are a national high-tech enterprise with design as the leader and project as the carrier. We must always adhere to the enterprise spirit of "integrity, cooperation and innovation". We strive to maintain technological leadership, constantly consolidate differentiated competitive strength, and further improve strong matrix management. In addition, it also introduces a number of the company's leading industry technologies, such as floating photovoltaic power plants on water, Share Power flying wing technology, large-span prestressed suspension photovoltaic bracket system, etc. These excellent achievements not only represent Share Power's strong comprehensive strength, but also set an example and goal for new employees in their future work and we hope that Share Power will achieve good results and create brilliance together with the efforts of new and old employees.

Next, Mr. Leng, the general manage of Engineering Management Dept., explained the project management and related matters needing attention to the new employees. Let each new employee understand the meaning of general contracting project management.

Subsequently, Mr. Liu, the general manager of the Business Department explained the market development and business work of new energy projects to new employees. Through professional experience, new employees have a deeper understanding of the company.

On the afternoon of the 4th, first of all, Ms. Bian, general manager of Human Resource Department explained the company's culture, organizational structure and human resources system training. New employees have a clearer position on their future career development.

Then, Mr. Hu, general manager of the Financial Department explained the financial management system and norms to the new employees. Here, every new employee has mastered the relevant processes and systems, laying a good foundation for future work.

Finally, Wang, the director of the Administration Department, explained the administrative management system to the new employees. So far, the new employees have a comprehensive and profound understanding of the relevant systems of Share Power.

On July 5, the focus was on the training of professional knowledge and safety knowledge. Mr. Zhuang, Mr. Feng and Mr. Deng of the Design&Research Institute brought lectures on electrical design, civil engineering design, new energy technology innovation and other related professional knowledge. Through the careful explanation and patient answers of the company's technical experts, the new employees' knowledge of the technical field has been significantly improved.

In terms of safe production, the head of Quality Control Department, Mr. Gu has popularized and explained the safety knowledge of the project site and office environment for new employees, so that every new employee can always remember the importance of safety.

On July 6, led by President Tang of the Design&Research Institute, Director Jin, Manager Bao of the Engineering Management Department and the Human Resources Department and other relevant personnel, new employees came to the site of the Three Gorges Sihong 100MW Muguang complementary photovoltaic project to visit and study. At the project site, the group was warmly welcomed by the Sihong Project Department. Subsequently, Tang Yuan, Manager Bao and Director Jin introduced the composition, new technology application, equipment selection and other contents of the on-site photovoltaic power station. During the visit, there was a sudden heavy rain and muddy roads, but this difficulty could not stop the enthusiasm of new employees to learn. Everyone has been actively discussing issues related to the project. At the same time, I am deeply aware that every link and process of the project, the valuable experience summarized by the predecessors is of great benefit to the new employees. As a new employee of Xihe, learning more and asking more questions and constantly enriching their professional knowledge and skills is the best way to continue to grow.

On July 7, first of all, the new employees completed the written examination of this training course, and everyone achieved excellent results. Then, Share Power's annual teacher worship ceremony was held. All the outstanding fresh graduates and their instructors signed a one-year "Master and Apprentice Training Agreement". Finally, on the afternoon of the same day, Ms. Bian, general manager of Human Resource Department presided over the experience exchange meeting of this centralized training. The new employees shared their experiences on this induction training. The leaders of relevant departments also attended the meeting and gave the new employees the most sincere work advice and guidance.
