2020 centralized training for new employees is willing to be successfully completed.

In July, in order to help new employees adapt to the working environment as soon as possible, better integrate into xi he culture and continue the fine traditions of the company, a week-long intensive training for new employees in 2020 was conducted. 

The training course involves leadership lectures, system study, professional knowledge study, site visits of typical projects, ceremony of new graduates' attendance at teachers, written test, exchange of training experience, etc. The chairman of the company, Mr. Gu Zong, is the keynote speaker, and a unique systematic training for new employees is launched.

On July 2nd, Chairman General Manager Gu first welcomed new employees to join the big family in xi he, and hoped that xi he could provide good resources and platforms for everyone to make progress together. Gu always emphasized the importance of employee training, and combined with his own experience, introduced the development process and business philosophy of xi he in detail from the aspects of xi he's history, cultural connotation and company spirit, and encouraged the new employees: "Aim high and have lofty ideals; Don't be afraid of setbacks, forge ahead bravely; The future is promising and promising. " Later, Mr. Leng explained the matters needing attention in project management. Mr. Bian from the Human Resources Department, Mr. Hu from the Finance Department and Mr. Wang Fang from the Administration Department gave a detailed explanation on the company's organizational structure, human resources related systems, financial reimbursement management system and administrative office management system, so as to help new employees get familiar with the company's rules and regulations and operation mechanism as soon as possible.



On July 3rd, Dean Zhuang and Director Yan of Design and Research Institute gave a lecture on electrical and civil engineering knowledge of new energy engineering design, and patiently answered the doubts and questions raised by new employees. Dean Deng also introduced the company's advanced technology of new energy power generation.

On July 7th, under the leadership of Bian Yaping, General Manager of Human Resources Department, Chi Ling, Manager of Human Resources Department, and Tian Shunqing, Director of Design and Research Institute, new employees came to the site of 112MW Muguang complementary photovoltaic project in Sihong, Three Gorges, to visit and study. Director Tian introduced the composition, application of new technologies, equipment selection, etc. of the on-site photovoltaic power station in detail in combination with design and construction. New employees enthusiastically raised various questions, and Director Tian patiently answered them one by one, and the new employees gained a lot. 


On July 8th, in the exhibition hall on the first floor of the company, a competition test was conducted on everyone's learning achievements, and a ceremony was held for the fresh graduates. At the ceremony, all the fresh graduates signed a one-year Mentoring Agreement with their instructors. In the afternoon, a training experience exchange meeting was held, and all the new employees performed brilliantly. Mr. Wen also talked with the new employees cordially.
