At 10: 30 a.m. local time in Ghana on June 17th, 2020, the first construction section of photovoltaic power generation project of overseas photovoltaic engineering-Shenneng Ansugu Power (Ghana) Co., Ltd., which was under the general contract of Share Power Ltd., was successfully connected to the grid for power generation. This project is an overseas project implemented by the company, which is highly valued by the company.

Affected by the COVID-19 epidemic in China, members of the project team isolated themselves for two weeks as required after arriving in Ghana on March 2nd, and then organized local construction teams to enter the site for operation. However, less than a week after the construction, due to the rapid development and spread of COVID-19 in Ghana, it was stopped to fight against epidemic diseases according to the control requirements of the government and the employer. Under the situation that the epidemic situation in Ghana continues to spread, and there is no improvement in the short term, the project department actively develops, strengthens communication and consultation with all parties of the project, creates conditions for resumption of work in mid-May, and carries out the work according to the idea of civil work first, installation later, sectional construction and grid connection step by step.

While exploring and practicing, the project department overcame the unfavorable factors of poor sanitation, poor language communication, high temperature and rainy season, and completed the grid-connected work of the first construction section. The smooth grid connection of this construction section also laid a solid foundation for the smooth progress of the follow-up construction of the project.

The successful integration of Ghana project into the grid is a microcosm of the rapid development of the company in recent years, and also a symbol of its continuous development. From photovoltaic to wind power, from China to Southeast Asia, from Asia to Africa, Share Power Ltd. is steadily advancing on the road of development at its own pace.
