On June 24th, organized by the Human Resources Department, together with relevant personnel from the Design and Research Institute, the Development Planning Department and the Administration Department, came to the company early in the morning and rushed to the site of 50.6MW wind power project in Meimaoshan, Xiushui, Jiangxi Province, loaded with all kinds of condolences. Everyone shouldered the company's concern and sympathy for the project team, hoping to arrive at the project site before the Dragon Boat Festival to spend the Dragon Boat Festival with front-line employees.

The condolence team arrived in Xiushui County at 18: 00 p.m., and as there is still a mountain road more than 30 kilometers away from the project department, it accepted the advice of the project department and decided to go up the mountain the next day, and had dinner with the project team in Xiushui County that evening and communicated cordially with each employee. On the morning of the 25th, it was drizzling, and the condolence team first rushed to the temporary storage yard of the project. For the first time, we saw large-scale equipment such as fan blades and towers at close range. Everyone was very excited, but when we were delighted, we couldn't help sighing about the difficulty of mountain road transportation and the arduous task of construction in such rainy season.

After driving on the rugged mountain road, the vehicle arrived at the site of the project department about 40 minutes later. General Bian and his party brought abundant materials such as bread, milk, dumplings, heatstroke prevention and cooling articles prepared by the company for everyone. The project team members expressed their gratitude to the company for their concern. They must stand on their posts, overcome difficulties and strive to achieve the project goals!

Subsequently, the condolence team was divided into two groups, led by the project personnel, went to the No.6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 wind turbines for site inspection, and the design manager, Dean Zhuang, civil engineering engineer Guo Jing and cost engineer Su Haiqin observed the wind turbine foundation, wind turbine hoisting platform and on-site road conditions on site, discussed the solutions of on-site matters with the project site technicians, and gathered the wisdom of all people to jointly solve the engineering difficulties, which reflected the strong cohesion of all departments in xi he. The project is located at the peak of Meimao Mountain in xiushui county, with an altitude of 1,100 kilometers. The approach road and the road in the site are paved with mountains and steep terrain. In addition, the wind and rain on the mountain are unpredictable, the roads are muddy, the construction conditions are poor, and the task is arduous. However, everyone is very determined to promote the integration of the maintenance network, not afraid of difficulties, and brave in fighting!

At the end of the field trip, the condolence group and his party returned to the project department, and Chi Ling, the human resources department, brought the Dragon Boat Festival welfare card to the project staff and renewed the labor contract with the project staff on site. Mr. Bian discussed and communicated with everyone, learned about the construction progress, the difficulties encountered and the next construction arrangement plan in detail, and encouraged everyone to eliminate worries, be brave in challenges, work safely, overcome difficulties and make every effort to achieve the project objectives!

Through this condolence activity, the care and expectation of the company leaders for the water repair project team were brought, and the technical personnel actually solved the problems for the project progress through on-the-spot inspection, which boosted the morale of the project team and made the condolence activity a complete success!
