Office Software Practical Skills Training Series——Excel Tips & AI Office Applications
To further improve overall office efficiency, standardize daily workflows, and help new employees and colleagues looking to strengthen their skills master core functions of commonly used office software, the Human Resources Department recently organized a special training session titled Practical Excel Skills in Office Scenarios & AI Applications in Office Software.
Closely aligned with real office scenarios in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) projects for photovoltaic power stations, this training emphasized hands‑on practice. During the Excel module, Wu Huiyan from the Development & Planning Department systematically delivered advanced operations including commonly used functions (VLOOKUP, IFS, etc.) and cost‑specific functions, which effectively enhanced report processing efficiency and data standardization.
In the AI office applications session, Su Chunxi from the Design & Research Institute focused on demonstrating how to use DeepSeek to generate office software plugins, create AI‑powered calculation webpages, and develop AI‑based CAD plugins and VBA plugins. In addition, Bai Jikai, also from the Design & Research Institute, shared multiple self‑developed shortcut plugins for CAD drafting, which greatly streamlined repetitive tasks in photovoltaic power station drawing and won wide praise from engineering and technical staff.
Through this training, employees can immediately apply what they have learned to daily reports and engineering documentation, significantly supporting standardized workflows and higher productivity. Going forward, the Human Resources Department will continue to launch targeted skills training programs tailored to the company’s EPC business characteristics, facilitating efficient collaboration and high‑quality project delivery across the organization.
