Strict Inspections for Enhanced Quality and Safety – Share Power Co., Ltd. Conducts Joint Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety Inspection at Yuexin Guandong Salt Field 310MW Fishery-Solar Complementary Photovoltaic Power Generation
To continuously strengthen the company's project management foundation, uphold quality and safety bottom lines, and reinforce environmental control at construction sites, Share Power Co., Ltd.'s Quality Management Department recently led a dedicated joint inspection team. Comprising key personnel from the Engineering Management Department, Design and Research Institute, and Development Planning Department, the team conducted a comprehensive quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety inspection at the general contracting construction site of the Yuexin Guandong Salt Field 310MW Fishery-Solar Complementary Photovoltaic Power Generation Project. The inspection provided a holistic assessment of the project's construction status, supporting high-quality and steady project progress.
Meticulous Arrangements for an Orderly Joint Inspection. On the morning of May 15, the joint inspection team arrived at the project site and convened a kick-off meeting. The meeting clearly outlined the purpose, key focus areas, and requirements of the joint inspection, defining the team members' responsibilities and the inspection implementation plan. During the meeting, the project manager provided a detailed update on construction progress, key milestones, and control difficulties, while ensuring precise alignment with the inspection team's schedule and assigning dedicated personnel to facilitate a smooth and efficient inspection process.

On-Site Thorough and Detailed Inspections. The company's joint inspection adhered to the principles of full coverage, high standards, and attention to detail, employing a combination of on-site verification and internal document review to conduct an in-depth inspection of all construction processes. The inspection team visited various construction points, including the photovoltaic area and the booster station, focusing on three core tasks: engineering quality management, on-site construction safety, and ecological environmental control. The team meticulously examined construction process compliance, implementation of safety protections, and environmental control measures. They also rigorously reviewed internal documents such as project ledgers, approval documents, and inspection records to verify completeness, standardization, and compliance. Throughout the inspection, team members maintained real-time communication with project management personnel, engaging in in-depth discussions on key control points and existing risks, and actively soliciting input from the project department to provide reasonable recommendations for management optimization.
