On August 5, 2025, the delegation led by Ms. Bian, Director of the Human Resources Department, arrived at the Phase I 27.2914MWp distributed photovoltaic power station project of SPIC Guangtou Beihai Power Generation Co., Ltd., delivering supplies and heartfelt appreciation to on-site employees.  

The team first toured the solar array, where rows of photovoltaic panels glistened under the post-rain sunlight, steadily transforming energy. Ms. Bian spoke cordially with staff, reviewing equipment performance, maintenance protocols, operational challenges, and project timelines. Despite persistent difficulties since its commencement, the SPIC Guangtou Beihai Phase I project has overcome numerous hurdles through collaborative efforts. “Let’s maintain this momentum and work across departments to achieve our targets,”she encouraged.  

At the project office, Ms. Bian distributed heat-relief kits containing cooling essentials. The practical gifts, embodying corporate solidarity, drew grateful smiles from recipients.  

As evening descended, she joined team members for an informal gathering, listening to their work experiences and aspirations in a convivial atmosphere. Later, she inspected employee dormitories, meticulously assessing living conditions—from bedding comfort to amenity provisions—to ensure welfare standards were met.
