The 150MW Fishery-Photovoltaic Complementary Solar Power Project in Guandong Salt Field, Yancheng City, Connected to the Grid and Began Generating Electricity
On August 4, 2025,The 150MW fishery-photovoltaic complementary solar power project, constructed by our company in Yancheng's Guandong Salt Field, has successfully achieved full-capacity grid connection today.
Located in the Yutong Aquaculture Farm of Chenjiagang Town, Xiangshui County, the project spans approximately 3,000 acres with an installed capacity of 150MW (DC side: 200MW). It is expected to generate an average of 216.9 million kWh annually, providing clean energy while supporting sustainable aquaculture.Since its commencement in October 2024, the project team has overcome significant challenges, including tight construction timelines and complex water-based operations. Through close collaboration among all stakeholders and efficient project management, the team successfully met the grid connection deadline as required by the client, Yueda Group. The project exemplifies the “dual-use of land” model, combining solar power generation with aquaculture to maximize resource efficiency. This initiative not only contributes to rural revitalization and local energy structure optimization but also demonstrates the potential of eco-friendly solar power integration. By adopting intelligent operation and maintenance systems, the project ensures long-term sustainability while reducing carbon emissions.
Looking ahead, our company will continue to innovate in the renewable energy sector, exploring more “PV+”applications to support China's dual-carbon goals and promote green development.
