Successfully End of the 2025 Newcomers training course
In this July, new employees come to Share Power with passion and join the Newcomer training course. They come from all over the world, from different collage, with different speciality background. From now, they are not only switching their character from student to workers but also making a step forward from great to excellent.
To ensure our newcomers will fully understand our company culture, improve teamwork and collaboration and enhance their personal quality, we elaborately planned and reasonably scheduled the course. The course hold for 4 days, include the developing history of Share Power, company structure, company culture, professional knowledge, rules and regulations of the company, etc., to provide our newcomers greatest help to become part of Share power.
In the morning of 7th July, Mr. Gu Hua Min, The Chairman of Share Power Co., passionately welcome our newcomers to join Share Power, and become a part of the family. In the speech, Mr. Gu deeply introduce the core values, the developing course and the culture heritage of the company, with also project the great future of the new energy market. Mr. Gu point out that, Share Power is a high technology company rooted in China, focus on designing and rely on the practise in project, always treat “Honesty, Cooperation, Innovative” as our company spirit; committed to technology innovation and competitive differentiation, continuously strengthen matrix management while emphasizing differentiation in today’s increasingly internal market environment, with a global perspective as the key development.
Follow by two department head, Mr. Liu, head of business department and Mr Tang, the Dean of Design Research Institute, giving a detailed explanation for the new energy project market developing strategy, business overview, and fundamentals concepts of new energy power generation technologies. These professional explanation from senior experts, provides newcomers a deeper understanding of the company business and industry skills.
In the afternoon, Director Zhuang, Director Guo, from Design Research Institute and Engineering Director Ling sharing a deep insight of electrical design, civil engineering design and project management structure respectively, giving our newcomers adorable and professional knowledge with further increasing their understanding to the industry.
In the next day, 8thJuly, Manager Gu from Quality Managing Department first clearly introduce the quality managing system and importance of safe production to the new employees. Then Development Planning Department director, Mr He, and Procurement Department head, Mr Gao, comprehensively explain the concept of new energy project pricing and power substation key equipment and materials. Follow by the Financial department director Wu introducing the company financial managing structure and related criterion, ensure employees have clear understanding of the company financial system. Afternoon, Human Resources Department Head, Mrs Bian, gave a full picture of the company culture, company structure and human resources policy, help forming a clear career path for the employees. In the end of the day, Manager Wang from Administration Department introduce the company administrative structure, leading the employees a step forward to understand the operation of the company. Through the lessons, new employees have a deep impression to each structure and system in Share Power, laying a solid foundation for their stating in Share Power.
9thJuly, under the leading of Mrs Bian and Dean Tang, new employees entered the Baoyan project site for a tour and learning session. As soon as arriving at the site, the visit group were warmly welcomed by the project operations team. Project Manager Huang from the Engineering Management Department introduced the composition of on-site photovoltaic power stations, new technology applications and equipment selection to the visit group. At the same time Manager Huang enthusiastically welcome the enter of the new employees and hope them a great future on work in Share Power.
On 10thJuly, New employees participated in the exam for this training course and result good scores for all the employees. After the exam, we started the traditional ceremony of Share Power —— Graduate Student Apprentice ceremony, letting every new employee to sign a one-year Master-Apprentice Cultivation Agreement. Related departments heads also come to the venue, giving feedback to new employees and express their expectation on the new employee’s future improvement and performance.
In the sharing section in the afternoon, each new employee shares their feeling and experience through out the training. Mrs Bian from Human Resources depart also attended the section, having a close interactive communication with the new employees, answering their questions and giving them important guide to work.
Through this training course, new employees not just gaining an overall and deep understanding of Share Power, they also laid a solid foundation for getting into work as soon as possible. Although here comes to the end of the 2025 Newcomers training course, to the newcomers it also the sign of start to start their journey in the boundless ocean of knowledge and explore for their infinite possibility.
