On the afternoon of June 17th, Share Power Co., Ltd. holds a special meeting on the management of archives for 2025 in the conference room on the fourth floor of the headquarters. Company leaders and department heads from the Engineering Management Department, Design Research Institute, Finance Department, Human Resources Department, Development Planning Department, Procurement Department, Commerce Department, Administration Department, and Quality Management Department, as well as the archivists, attended the meeting.

The meeting mainly summarized the usage and filing situation of each department since the trial operation of the company's cloud-based electronic archive management system, and discussed and studied the promotion and improvement of the company's archive management work in the next stage, putting forward specific improvement measures and normative requirements.

The company's cloud-based electronic archive management system was officially launched for trial operation on August 13, 2024. This system was launched through Baidu Enterprise Netdisk and has multiple functions such as electronic archive organization, classification, filing, archiving, viewing, sharing, downloading, and statistics.

Through this meeting, the goals and improvement measures for the company's archive management work were further clarified, which played a positive role in promoting the improvement of the company's archive management level.
