On March 17, 2025, the distributed photovoltaic power generation project at Liulaozhuang Service Area, invested by Jiangsu Clean Energy Co., Ltd. , contracted by Share Power , successfully passed the acceptance inspection of the State Grid and achieved full-capacity grid-connected power generation. The total installed capacity of this project is 2.4 MW, and the annual average power generation is expected to reach 3.0275 million kWh.

This project fully utilizes the parking lot sheds, service area slopes, and main line slopes as the site for the construction of green and environment - friendly new energy. The successful construction of this project not only reduces the consumption of power from the power grid and eases the pressure on the local power grid, but also helps to enhance the image of the service area and further improve the urban image of Huaiyin District, Huai'an City.
