From December 15th to December 17th, 2024, three experts from the audit team of Huaxia Certification Center, namely Mr. Zhang, Mr. Jie, and Mrs. Sun, conducted a supervision and audit of the quality, environment, and occupational health and safety management system of Share Power for the year 2024.

On December 15, 2024, the audit team experts, accompanied by Manager Gu Hongbin from the Quality Management Department of the company, first came to the Binhai Batan project to conduct supervision and audit. A comprehensive review was conducted on the risk identification and measure planning, construction process control, environmental protection and green construction, inspection and acceptance, analysis and improvement, resource management, subcontracting management, material and equipment acceptance, emergency plan and other aspects of the project through on-site inspection, data review, discussion and communication.

On December 16th, the audit team experts came to the headquarters of the Nanjing company to begin conducting management system audits on various management departments and leadership teams of the company. At the first audit meeting on the morning of the 16th, Chairman Gu Huamin warmly welcomed the arrival of the audit team's experts. He introduced the company's production and operation status and management system operation this year. Finally, he requested that all departments actively cooperate with the expert team's audit work, take this system audit as an opportunity, and continuously learn and improve their management capabilities and work experience.

In the following day and a half, the audit team experts conducted a comprehensive audit of the engineering management department, design and research institute, business department, quality management department, administrative department, and other departments according to the audit plan, based on the requirements of testing equipment, hazard sources, environmental factor identification and measures, project quality planning, engineering quality inspection and acceptance, hazard management and hidden danger investigation, personnel capabilities, engineering design, construction process services and changes, bidding and contract management, customer satisfaction, office equipment, office environment management, and other system standards. And exchanged and communicated with the representative of the company's general manager regarding the operation of the audited party's management system, including organizational environment, system planning, resources, internal audit, and management review.

At 11 am on the 17th, the final meeting of the annual system audit was held in the conference room on the fifth floor of the company. At the meeting, the audit team summarized and reported on the company's system audit, and fully affirmed the operation of the company's management system. The audit team unanimously believes that the overall operation of Share Power 's management system in 2024 is healthy and good, and the management foundation is becoming stronger. The effectiveness of the system operation is gradually showing, and there is progress year by year. Finally, the audit team announced that the management system of Share Power  is complete and operates effectively, and it is recommended to pass the supervision and audit.
