They come from different places, universities, and study different majors. Now, as they have just bid farewell to campus, they are gradually transitioning from being students to professionals, achieving a leap from excellence to excellence.

This centralized training lasts for four days, covering the company's development history, organizational structure, company culture, professional knowledge, rules and regulations, typical project visits, written tests, teacher worship ceremonies, and exchange of insights. Led by company leaders, relevant department heads, and professional leaders as lecturers, their simple and easy to understand lectures have injected motivation and confidence into the smooth integration of new employees into the company environment, laying the foundation for the upcoming "new" life.
On the morning of July 2nd, Mr. Gu Huamin, the chairman, first welcomed new employees to join the Share Power family, and then gave a comprehensive and detailed speech on the company's business philosophy, development history, company culture, and market prospects. During the speech, Mr. Gu emphasized that in the current increasingly competitive environment, differentiation and looking at the global market are the key to development.
Subsequently, Mr. Liu from the Ministry of Commerce and Mr. Deng from the Design Institute explained to the new employees the market development and business work overview of new energy projects, as well as the introduction of new energy power generation technology. Through professional experience explanation, new employees have gained a deeper understanding and recognition of the company.
On the afternoon of July 2nd, Director Zhuang, Director Feng, and Engineering Director Leng from the Design and Research Institute respectively gave lectures on electrical design, civil engineering design, and project management, providing new employees with rich professional knowledge.
On July 3rd, Mr. Gu from the Quality Management Department explained the quality system and safety production related content to new employees. Next, Mr. Bian from the Human Resources Department will explain the company culture, organizational structure, and human resources system training to everyone. New employees have a clearer and clearer positioning for their future career development. Mr. He from the Development Planning Department and Mr. Gao from the Procurement Department respectively provided an overview of the cost of new energy and an introduction to the main equipment and materials of new energy power stations. In the afternoon, Mr. Hu from the finance department explained the financial management system and regulations to the new employees. On July 4th, under the leadership of Mr. Bian from the Human Resources Department and Director Zhang from the Design Institute, new employees visited and studied at the site of the 100MW Agricultural Photovoltaic Complementary Photovoltaic Project in Sihong, Three Gorges. As soon as I arrived at the scene, I was warmly welcomed by the operation and maintenance team of the Sihong project. Director Yu and Director Zhang introduced the composition, new technology applications, and equipment selection of on-site photovoltaic power stations to everyone. At the same time, Mr. Yu warmly welcomed the new employees and proposed a beautiful vision.

On July 5th, new employees conducted an exam and evaluation of this training course in the conference room, and everyone achieved excellent results. Subsequently, a unique excellent traditional project of Share Power was held - the apprenticeship ceremony for fresh graduates. All fresh graduates and their excellent mentors signed a one-year Master Apprentice Training Agreement. The leaders of relevant departments also attended the meeting, providing sincere feedback and work guidance to new employees, and looking forward to everyone's future performance.
