On June 5, 2024, after careful preparation, one of the "Safety Production Month" series activities of Share Power Co., Ltd. - the 2024 office building fire emergency evacuation on-site drill was grandly carried out. The company's general manager, Wen Fang, served as the overall commander of the drill, and all 62 employees in the company participated in the drill.

At 3:00 pm, the smoke concentration in the conference room on the third floor of the office building was simulated to be high. The smoke detector triggered a fire alarm signal, and the sound and light alarms on each floor were coordinated. The administrative department shall immediately report to the local fire police and report to the company's overall drill commander. After listening to the report, the overall commander of the drill immediately announced the activation of the Level II emergency response plan for fire evacuation of Share Power Co., Ltd., and commanded emergency response actions.

The department heads and employees who have undergone training and drills should immediately organize personnel to evacuate to the outdoor open space quickly and orderly through the fire exits according to the instructions of the safety exit signs on each floor. In just 2 minutes, all 62 employees in the building were safely evacuated to the designated location.

Subsequently, the administrative department implemented controls on the entrances and exits of the office building, prohibiting any unrelated personnel from entering the building. The heads of each department shall count the number of personnel and report the evacuation situation to the overall commander of the drill on site in sequence. Finally, the overall commander of the drill announced the successful completion of the emergency evacuation drill for the company's office building fire accident in 2024. The evaluation team evaluated the drill and all departments organized personnel to return to their work positions.
