On February 21, 2024, the Ministry of Commerce held a training session on land and grid connection procedures for new energy projects in the conference room on the fifth floor. The training was conducted by Assistant General Manager of Commerce Zheng Heng and Hong Tao for experience sharing, and all personnel from the Ministry of Commerce attended the session for learning.

        Firstly, Manager Zheng introduced in detail the relevant policies and procedures for obtaining state-owned use rights certificates for photovoltaic projects from the perspective of policies and regulations. Then, starting from the actual operation of typical projects, he explained the procedures and summarized them based on existing experience. Subsequently, Manager Hong introduced the process, policy interpretation, and document preparation of photovoltaic project grid connection procedures from three aspects: quality supervision, grid procedures, and procedures after grid connection.

        At the meeting, participants actively asked questions and exchanged experiences, and the speaker patiently answered everyone's questions. Everyone expressed that this training session has rich content and strong practicality, which will be of great help to future work. Through this training, all personnel of the Ministry of Commerce have gained a deeper understanding of land and grid connection procedures, and have a clearer understanding of future work. The conclusion of the meeting pointed out that there should be close collaboration within the department, fully utilizing the knowledge and experience of this training session to ensure that the compliant procedures of the project can be efficiently completed.
