To enhance the professional competence of employees, on February 1, 2024, the company held a Powerpoint  production training session in the conference room on the fourth floor. Mu Lanhua, a civil engineering design engineer from the Design and Research Institute, was invited to explain the production techniques and precautions to help employees showcase their work results more professionally.

        At this training session, Mu Lanhua first introduced the framework construction idea of Powerpoint, and then through case analysis, explained in detail the design principles, layout, color matching, highlighting key points, image processing and other skills of Powerpoint. She also provided opinions and suggestions on the problems that exist in the current Powerpoint production process for everyone. In the interactive section, Mu Lanhua patiently answered the questions and shared some practical Powerpoint material websites and production tools. After the training, employees expressed that they have gained a lot and will pay more attention to details and practicality in Powerpoint production in the future. They will work hard to improve the quality.

        This training session not only improved the Powerpoint production skills of employees, but also stimulated everyone's interest in Powerpoint production. In the future, the company will continue to carry out more beneficial training activities.
