On March 27, 2023, the company's red circle project management system was officially launched and put into operation. In order to further implement the company's requirements for the use of the red circle project management system, the Quality Management Department of the company organized a special training meeting on the use of the red circle project management system on the afternoon of December 22. More than 20 people from the finance department, development planning department, engineering management department, design and research institute, procurement department, quality management department, and business department attended the meeting on-site in the fourth floor conference room. The company's external project department was organized by the project manager to attend the meeting on the ground line where the project is located.

        At the training meeting, Yang Yaoshun, an IT engineer from the Quality Management Department, and Tian Biao, an engineer from the Red Circle System Nanjing Company, provided detailed explanations and training on the basic operations of the Red Circle project management system, the processes involved by each department in the system, and common problems encountered in the processes. They also communicated and dealt with difficult problems encountered by individual departments during use. Through this training session, we have further deepened the understanding of the red circle project management system among various departments, improved the practical operation level of system users, and achieved good results.
