From December 16 to December 20, 2023, the audit team of Huaxia Certification Center, including Zhang Feng, Jie Jiajun, and Sun Honglin, conducted a supervision audit of the management system of SHAREPOWER Co., Ltd. for the year 2023.

        From December 16th to 17th, the audit team experts first visited the site of the Yingshang Phase II project of the company, and conducted a comprehensive review of the project's organizational management system, risk identification and measure planning, construction process control, environmental protection and green construction, resource management, subcontracting management, material and equipment acceptance, emergency plans, and other aspects through on-site visits, data review, and discussions.

        On December 18th, the audit team experts arrived at the headquarters of SHAREPOWER in Nanjing and began conducting management system audits on various departments of the company. At the first audit meeting on the morning of the 18th, Chairman Gu Huamin warmly welcomed the arrival of the audit team's experts. He introduced the company's production and operation status and management system operation this year. Finally, he requested that all departments actively cooperate with the expert team's various audit work and accept their inspection with a new work style.

        In the following three days, the audit team experts conducted comprehensive audits of the Engineering Management Department, Design and Research Institute, Development Planning Department, Quality Management Department, Commerce Department, Human Resources Department, Procurement Department, Administration Department and other departments and leadership according to the audit plan arrangement. They also exchanged and communicated with company leaders, department heads, and internal auditors on the operation of the audited party's management system.

        On the afternoon of December 20th at 16:00, the final annual system audit meeting was held in the conference room on the fifth floor of the company. At the meeting, the audit team summarized and reported on the current system audit of the company, and fully affirmed the operation of the company's management system. The audit team unanimously believes that the overall operation of the management system of SHAREPOWER in 2023 is healthy and good, with a gradually solid management foundation and the effectiveness of the system operation gradually showing progress year by year. Finally, the audit team announced that the management system of SHAREPOWER is complete and operates effectively, and recommended to pass the supervision audit.
