On June 23, 2021, China Photovoltaic Industry Association officially issued the formulation plan of the technical guidelines for the design and installation of photovoltaic flexible supports. TW New Energy Eenineering Design (SICHUAN)Co., Ltd. and Share Power Co., Ltd. are responsible for the main drafting of the standard.

On November 9, 2021, organized by China Electronic Technology Standardization Technical Committee, the kick-off meeting and first draft review meeting of the technical guidelines for the design and installation of photovoltaic flexible supports were held in TW International Center, Chengdu, Sichuan. The participating experts unanimously agreed that the first draft of the standard passed the review.

The standard provides a basis for the design and construction of flexible supports, refreshes the technical gap of flexible supports in the design and construction of photovoltaic industry, and improves and unifies the technical content of flexible supports.
