Successful completion of centralized training for new staff in 2021

Also in July, in order to make new employees understand the company faster, familiar with the company ' s business, better adapt to the working environment, Share Power ushered in a week of 2021 new employee training.

The new employees who participated in this training were from the purchasing department, the financial department, the human resources department, the design and research institute and the engineering management department. The training content includes leadership lectures, system learning, professional knowledge learning, typical project site visits, written test, the new graduates visiting ceremony and training experience exchange. The partners cherished this training opportunity and were well prepared.

On July 5, Mr. Gu Huamin, chairman, first welcomed new employees to Share Power, and then gave a detailed account of the company 's history, development history, corporate culture, corporate vision, and the company 's most cutting-edge technology projects and current major business. Chairman Gu stressed that our core values are people-oriented, performance-oriented and excellence-seeking. We should use honesty, cooperation and innovation to develop Share Power ' s enterprise spirit. Followed by the Ministry of Engineering General Manager Liu, Liu Peiliang to bring ereryone project management and precautions. On the afternoon of the 5th day, General Manager Bian from the Ministry of Human Resources, General Manager Hu from the Ministry of Finance, and General Manager Zhu from the Ministry of Administration, explained company ’ s rules and regulations and employee benefits.

On July 6, the focus is professional knowledge training, respectively, by the President of the Institute of Design and Research Deng, Director Zhuang, Director Feng to bring about new energy technology innovation, electrical design, civil design and other related professional knowledge lectures. Through the careful explanation and patient answers of the company ' s technical experts, the partners ' knowledge of technology has been significantly improved.

On July 7th, under the leadership Bian of Human Resources Department and Governor Zhuang of Design and Research Institute, new staff came to Sihong100MW pastoral complementary photovoltaic project site to visit and study. At the project site, a group of people were warmly received by Sihong Project Department. Subsequently, the predecessors of Wang Xinguang and Lu Xudong of the Project Department introduced the composition, new technology application and equipment selection of the photovoltaic power station on the site. During the visit, there was a heavy rain and the road was muddy, but this difficulty could not stop the learning enthusiasm of the new employees. We actively discussed related issues with two project professional engineers, and the new employees gained fruitful results.



On 9 July, the partners completed the examination and evaluation of the training course in the conference room, and everyone achieved excellent results. Then is Share Power's annual tradition of apprentice, the outstanding graduates and their mentors signed a one-year apprenticeship agreement. In the afternoon, the experience exchange meeting of this centralized training was held, and the young partners carried out their own experience sharing on this training. Leaders from relevant departments also attend the meeting and give the most sincere work advice and comment guidance to the partners.

The centralized training of new employees in 2021 has been successfully completed. Through this training, Share Power's attention and training of talents are fully reflected. It is hoped that future young partners will glow and heat in their posts, and work with Xi He to open a new journey in life.
