On December 30th, 2019, Share Power Ltd and China Energy Construction Jiangsu Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd. jointly won the bid for the EPC general contracting project of the Three Gorges New Energy Jiangsu Sihong Front Runner Photovoltaic Power Station Project, which is located in Shuanggou Town, Sihong County, Suqian City, Jiangsu Province, with a linear distance of about 21km from Sihong County, and the center coordinate of the site is 118. 09'56.54"E, 33 16' 04.28 "n, the total area of the proposed site is 2746.8 mu, and the total construction scale is 100MW. The terrain of the site is relatively flat, with slight local ups and downs, and the altitude is 18m~35m. The east side of the site area is adjacent to National Highway 235, and there is a county road in the middle of the site, with convenient external traffic and transportation conditions.

There are four types of photovoltaic module mounting brackets in this project, including flat uniaxial bracket, fixed bracket, photovoltaic corridor and flexible bracket, which are divided into 28 power generation units, which are connected to the 220kV booster station of this project by five 35kV current collection lines, and then connected to the 220kV completed substation on the system side by 220kV lines.
