On January 19th, 2020, xi he Electric Power Co., Ltd. and China Southern Power Grid Integrated Energy Co., Ltd. successfully signed the EPC general contract of distributed photovoltaic project on the roof of Liudong passenger car parts production base. The project started on March 30th, 2020, and the grid-connected power generation was completed on June 30th.

The project is located in Hualing District, Liudong New District, Liuzhou City, Guangxi Province, near Shantou-Kunming Expressway in the north, Boyuan Avenue in the west and Xinliu Avenue in the south, only about 5 kilometers away from Luorong Station, with superior geographical position and convenient transportation. Using the roofs of two existing color steel tile factories in Liudong Passenger Car Parts Production Base (Area 2) of liuzhou wuling Automotive Industry Co., Ltd., a photovoltaic power generation project is built, with the planned installed capacity of about 4.2MWp. The generated power is connected to the 10KV bus of the factory nearby, and there is one outlet, which can basically be fully consumed by the factory. The photovoltaic module is to adopt 320Wp high-efficiency single crystal PERC photovoltaic module with 8 fixed inclination angle.

This project is also a distributed photovoltaic demonstration project of China Southern Power Grid Integrated Energy Co., Ltd. On this basis, China Southern Power Grid Integrated Energy Co., Ltd. and xi he Electric Power Co., Ltd. will comprehensively promote the development and construction of distributed photovoltaic power plants in several Wuling automobile production bases in China.
