Release time:2026-08-13     Number of views:29

Affected by Typhoon "White Dolphin," the East China region has been experiencing persistent gales and torrential rains since the 9th, severely hampering project construction. With the Zhenjiang Guoneng Gaoqiao agrivoltaic photovoltaic project nearing grid connection, the combined challenges of adverse weather and tight schedules have posed significant difficulties. On the 12th, Ms. Bian Yaping, General Manager of the Human Resources Department of our company, led a condolence team to the project frontline during a brief lull in the typhoon, to extend care to the dedicated builders and boost morale for the final push.

Upon arrival, the team first distributed care supplies to the frontline staff. Given the harsh outdoor working conditions under the typhoon, these thoughtful supplies effectively addressed the employees' on-site work and daily living needs, making the steadfast and hard-working personnel feel the warmth and support of the company.

The team then toured the project site, visiting the two core operational areas — the booster station and the PV array zone — to inspect equipment protection, hazard identification, and construction recovery status after the typhoon.

Following the site inspection, the team held a discussion with the project manager, key construction personnel, and the owner's representatives. During the meeting, the project team reported on current construction progress, safety management, and the final sprint toward grid connection, while also outlining challenges such as weather constraints and tight schedules. The team commended all personnel for their sense of responsibility and dedication in braving the storm. At noon that day, the team had lunch with frontline employees, engaging in in-depth conversations to better understand their work and living conditions.

Standing firm in the storm and forging ahead with determination — this frontline visit during a typhoon break truly warmed the hearts of grassroots employees and lifted team morale. Going forward, all members of the project team will channel the company's care into motivation to overcome difficulties. Braving the weather, they will remain focused on the grid-connection goal, work with genuine effort, strictly enforce safety protocols and construction quality, and strive with all their might to ensure the successful commissioning of the project.
