Training to Strengthen Skills, Unity to Drive Growth——Share Power Successfully Completes July 2026 Staff Training Program
To help new employees quickly familiarize themselves with company policies and integrate into the corporate culture, while also reinforcing the professional expertise and business capabilities of all current staff, Share Power held its July 2026 staff training session on July 2–3 at the fourth-floor conference room. The training was structured into distinct tracks based on employees’ career stages and job requirements, ensuring both effective onboarding for new hires and continued professional development for the wider team. The curriculum was designed to be both systematic and practical.
On July 2, training was primarily focused on policy orientation for new employees joining in 2026. Ms. Bian, HR Director, delivered a comprehensive overview of the organizational structure, HR policies, and career development pathways, helping new staff clarify the company framework and their individual growth trajectories. Mr. Hu, Finance Director, provided a detailed breakdown of financial management systems and operational procedures, reinforcing financial compliance awareness. Mr. Wang, Administration Manager, systematically introduced administrative policies, deepening new employees’ understanding of the company’s overall operations. Mr. Gu, Quality Management Manager, centered his session on quality management systems and key safety production practices, strengthening safety consciousness across the board and ensuring new hires gained a thorough understanding of all management requirements.

On July 3, the training shifted to professional business modules open to all employees, with content closely aligned with core operational areas. Mr. Leng, Engineering Director, delivered a multi-dimensional lecture on project management, helping attendees identify potential challenges throughout project implementation while offering practical, actionable advice. Mr. Zhuang, Dean of the Design Institute, and Mr. Guo, Office Director, respectively addressed key design considerations in electrical and civil engineering, using real company projects as case studies to illustrate complex concepts in an accessible manner. Mr. Wu, Director of Development and Planning, led a session on contract planning, drawing on past project examples to systematically outline the full-process framework for project cost control. This series of specialized courses covered all critical aspects of the company’s engineering operations, effectively bridging professional knowledge gaps and enhancing both hands-on skills and overall job performance.

Throughout the training, strict management protocols were observed. All participants arrived on time and complied with session guidelines, ensuring an orderly and productive environment. Upon completion of all sessions, the company administered a written assessment specifically for new employees—using evaluation as a learning tool to systematically measure training outcomes and reinforce knowledge retention.
With that, Share Power’s July 2026 staff training program came to a successful conclusion.
