On August 13,2024, the company 's cloud electronic archives management system was officially launched for trial operation. In order to help employees skillfully use the cloud electronic file management system, the quality management department organized a special training on the use of the cloud electronic file management system on the afternoon of August 20. More than 20 people from the company 's engineering management department, design and research institute, finance department, development planning department, procurement department, commerce department, administration department and quality management department participated in the training on the fourth floor conference room. The foreign project department participated in the meeting on the project site.

The training was given by Yang Yaoshun, an IT engineer of the quality management department. Combined with the creation process of the company 's electronic archives management system on the cloud and the characteristics of Baidu 's enterprise cloud disk, the interface and operation method of the electronic archives management system, the scope of electronic archives archiving, the use authority and management requirements were explained in detail, and the difficult problems encountered in use were communicated and processed.

Through this training, we have further deepened the understanding of the electronic file management system by various departments, improved the actual operation level of the system users, and achieved good results, laying a technical foundation for steadily promoting the trial operation of the system.
