Collide with sparks, and forge ahead.

Spring sowing, summer growing, autumn harvest and winter storage. On July 13th, 2019, in this day of constantly absorbing nutrition and striving for progress, SHAREPOWER held a two-day special training on how to become an effective project manager in the conference room on the second floor of Nanjing South Station of Jinjiang Metropolitan Hotel. All departments of this training company attach great importance to it and actively provide representative cases. Explaining in simple terms, participants' active speeches from different angles, teachers' guidance and generalization, and the collision of different ideas made this activity fall from theory to practice.

This training is mainly divided into five points: 1. Basic theory of project management, 2. Project planning management, 3. Project implementation and control, 4. Project closing and 5. Case analysis.

Training begins with theory, learning the concept of project, management process, importance of project stakeholders, knowledge fields involved in project management, basic structure of project team, narrow and broad sense of project manager. Through the extension of the concept of teacher and the concrete construction experience, we have deepened our understanding of the project theory and provided a comprehensive and clear context for the project management.

Then, we enter into the specific link of project implementation, from the project plan, the purpose of planning, how to decompose the plan, the introduction of schedule network diagram and Gantt chart, how to balance and optimize resources, and step by step lead us to decompose the conceptual objectives into concrete and applicable steps. Another condition for the success of the project is the implementation and control. The teacher promoted the implementation and control to the necessary level, telling us that without the implementation and control of the project, the progress, quality, safety and benefit would not be guaranteed. At the same time, the key contents such as procurement management and engineering meeting were explained in detail, and the importance of control was emphasized with some cases that caused actual events.

Finally, according to the actual project situation that our company has completed, we select typical problems from mountain projects, floating water surface projects, roofing and other projects for further discussion. What are the progress problems, cost problems, quality problems, safety problems, coordination problems, etc., how to solve the above problems, and deeply analyze how to avoid them again.

In the study and discussion, we should not shy away from the analysis and criticism of self-deficiency, boldly express our views and opinions, agree with and extend the excellent handling methods, and encourage and expect more intense collisions from Chairman Gu.
