The natural flower sea blooms brilliantly, and the tropical rainforest is enchanting. In order to improve the team cooperation ability of employees, enhance communication and exchange between each other, and create a positive working atmosphere, the "2023 SHAREPOWER Xishuangbanna Golden Autumn Tour" was jointly organized by the Human Resources Department and the SHAREPOWER Communist Party Branch from November 16 to 19, 2023.

        On the day before departure, colleagues from the company held an exciting and unparalleled Guandan competition during the event, showcasing their talents and skills. Let us abandon our troubles, let go of our work, and in the fierce competition, release ourselves and feel the joy of victory; In the midst of laughter and joy, enhance team cohesion and enjoy the fun of cooperation. The exquisite prizes added to the intensity of the competition, and laughter and joy drifted in the night, heralding the arrival of the next day's joyful journey.

        As the destination of this team building activity, Xishuangbanna not only attracts our attention with its unique natural scenery and diverse culture, but also provides us with a rich variety of team building project choices.

        The rainforest is emerald green,  with flowers blooming like fire reflecting the radiance of the sky. On the first morning, we embarked on a journey to the Wild Elephant Valley in Xishuangbanna. There, we not only tasted the local specialty cuisine, but also witnessed the spectacular scene of elephant performances. The wonders of nature and the spirituality of animals complement each other, filling us with infinite longing and awe for this mysterious land.

        On the second day, we went to the famous Wangtianshu Scenic Area and immersed ourselves in the lush forests and clear streams. We strolled along the stream, breathing fresh air and feeling the charm and tolerance of nature. As night fell, we participated in activities such as bonfire singing, dancing, and water lanterns, experiencing rich ethnic customs and unique cultural connotations. Accompanied by joyful singing and warm flames, we spent an unforgettable night together.

        The lush green leaves cover the mountains, and butterflies dance and fragrance fills the garden. The third day's itinerary was even more colorful. We visited the Botanical Garden of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and experienced the vitality and wonders of nature. Later, we integrated into the Dai ethnic water splashing activities and felt the rich ethnic customs and passionate Dai culture.

        As the night quietly falls, in the starry sky night market of Gaozhuang, we stroll through the dazzling lights, savoring exotic snacks and delicacies, and feeling the unique charm and vitality of this city.

        The red soil plateau is a treasure trove, where ethnic customs immerse the soul. This team building trip to Xishuangbanna not only allowed us to relax and experience the grandeur and inclusiveness of nature, but more importantly, it enhanced the understanding and friendship between teams. In this passionate and unrestrained land, we have gained laughter, emotion, and resonance, as well as buried deeper emotional connections and friendships.

        May we work hand in hand to create more brilliant achievements in our future work, and look forward to the next team building journey. We will once again gather on this beautiful land, adding more colors and warmth to our friendship and dreams.
