The centralized training for new employees in 2022 came to a successful conclusion

Into the vibrant July, Share Power ushered in a new batch of fresh blood in 2022, in order to enable employees to adapt to the company's efficient rhythm, understand the company's culture, familiar with the work content, the company decided to hold a week-long 2022 new employee induction training on July 5-8, 2022.

The content of this training involves leadership lectures, system learning, special professional learning, site visits and learning, training experience exchange, and the fine tradition handed down by our company - the ceremony of new graduates.

On July 5, Mr. Gu Huamin, chairman of the board, first welcomed the new employees into the big family, and then made a vivid and comprehensive speech around the company's business philosophy, development history, the company's most cutting-edge technology projects, the main business currently undertaken, the new energy market and prospects. Fully show the leadership of the high spirit and the valuable spirit of enterprise unity and progress. Mr. Gu emphasized: We are a national high-tech enterprise with design as the leader and project as the bearer, and we must always uphold the spirit of "integrity, cooperation and innovation".  To become the leader of the water photovoltaic power generation system has provided valuable experience and technology for the future development of the industry, and has also made significant contributions to the development of the entire new energy power generation industry. These are inseparable from the planning and deployment of leaders and the hard work of technical personnel, the company will continue to forge ahead as a pioneer.

Next, Mr. Leng, the engineering director, explained the process of project management and the various stages of the project in detail. "The stars do not ask the people on the road, the years pay off", behind every successful case has the project managers painstaking pay. Then Mr. Huang of the Ministry of Commerce introduced to us the two modules of market development and business work of new energy projects.

As the saying goes, " Nothing can be accomplished without norms or standards", formal regulations and performance management is the enterprise's "heirloom". On the afternoon of the 5th, General Manager Bian of the Human Resources Department, Director Wang of the administration Department, and General Manager Hu of the Finance Department respectively explained the system norms from several aspects such as human resources management, administrative management and financial management. Through the above training, new employees have a further understanding and understanding of the company's rules and regulations, scientific management, humanized system, more can stimulate employees' sense of belonging and enthusiasm for work.

On the 6th, it was a day to learn professional knowledge of design. Dean Deng, Director Zhuang and Director Feng of Design and Research Institute gave lectures on new energy technology innovation, electrical design and civil design.  This innovative spirit of paying close attention to quality and opening up the market guides our enterprise to continue to develop. Both in knowledge and spirit, my friends and I have benefited a lot. I think this is the magic of photovoltaic, the power of knowledge, the charm of science and technology.  A leader who can lead employees to struggle in the tide of the market economy and become a leading group of high-tech enterprises will naturally get the trust of the masses and employees.

On July 7, under the leadership of the pool manager of the Human Resources Department, the new employees came to the site of the Three Gorges Sihong 100MW agricultural light complementary photovoltaic project to visit and learn. Just arrived at the scene, we were warmly welcomed by the Sihong project team, and then Manager Bao and Director Zhang introduced the composition of the on-site photovoltaic power station, the application of new technologies, equipment selection and other content.

The neatly arranged photovoltaic panels shine under the sun, giving us the most intuitive shock, the hot summer, everyone's face has flowed under the sweat unconsciously, but whether it is senior leaders, or new employees, everyone is immersed in the wisdom of the designer, listening to the patient explanation and teaching of the two professional engineers of the project, and actively explore the relevant issues. From the early reconnaissance, to the design drawings, and then to the civil construction follow-up, the connection of each link needs to be repeated over and over.

On July 8, the students conducted the examination and assessment of this training course in the conference room, and we all achieved excellent results. In the afternoon, the training experience exchange conference and the excellent tradition of Share Power - worship ceremony were held, and the fresh graduates and their excellent instructors signed a one-year "master and apprentice training agreement". Leaders of relevant departments also attended the meeting, giving sincere comments and work guidance to the partners, and looking forward to everyone's future performance.

"If you try hard, you will win." What is done by many minds is done." Under the correct leadership of the company's leaders, under the joint efforts of colleagues, the company will take the east wind of carbon neutral carbon peak to achieve a new high point of new energy installed capacity.
