Successful completion of business process exchange training for new energy projects

In order to popularize and enhance our knowledge reserve in the field of business process of new energy projects and create a good atmosphere of technical exchange and teamwork, on 18 June, the Ministry of Human Resources organized a training exchange meeting on business process of new energy projects. The training invited Huang Chuanzhong, deputy general manager of the Ministry of Commerce, and Li Chengrong, business manager, as lecturers. The training was carried out from two aspects of early development of new energy projects and business procedures, and was introduced in detail in combination with actual project cases.

First of all, General Huang of the Ministry of Commerce introduced the development process of ground photovoltaic power station from five aspects : the preliminary exploration stage, the preliminary formalities stage, the project construction drawing stage, the project construction implementation stage and the necessary conditions before charging, and explained in detail the preliminary development work of new energy projects such as the investigation and calculation before and after the exploration, project filing and approval procedures combined with the actual situation.

Next, manager Li with rich practical experience introduced the development process of new energy power generation project from the four stages of project preliminary development, project filing, design and construction, and grid-connected acceptance, and conducted in-depth discussions and exchanges with colleagues on access system and grid-connected process conditions.

This exchange training enables our employees to have a deeper understanding and reflection on the development process of photovoltaic projects, and their own knowledge reserves have been further improved. At the same time, it also enhances the effective collaboration between relevant departments. Next, the company will organize more technical exchange training activities for employees according to the actual work needs, continuously improve the technical level of employees and enhance enterprise cohesion, and lay a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the company !
