At the beginning of the new year in 2020, a sudden outbreak of COVID-19 has disrupted the festive atmosphere and normal arrangements of business operations, making "I want to go to work" a hot topic of public opinion after the holiday. In order to ensure the early resumption of work and effectively protect the health and safety of employees after the resumption of work, SHAREPOWER, under the leadership of Chairman Gu Huamin, quickly set up an epidemic prevention working group on February 5th, with Bian Yaping, General Manager of Human Resources Department as the team leader, and the staff of Administration Department, Human Resources Department and Purchasing Department in Nanjing voluntarily and actively participated in the enterprise epidemic prevention preparations, and made all-round and meticulous arrangements for the office environment, staff dining, work norms and other related issues.

From February 5th to 7th, members of the epidemic prevention working group visited many supermarkets in Yuhua District and Jiangning District, and prepared 84 disinfectant, disposable gloves, wet tissue, facial tissue, infrared thermometer and other epidemic prevention materials for the company. Chairman Gu, General Manager Hou and General Manager Bian have also made contact with many parties to prepare the necessary supplies-"masks"-which are in short supply for the company to resume work.

From February 6th to 7th, the epidemic prevention working group did a comprehensive cleaning and disinfection work on the office environmental sanitation, worked out the epidemic prevention duty arrangement on each floor, divided the dining room into districts, made a series of work arrangements for the temperature measurement of the commuters, and compiled and completed the Application Form for Enterprise Resumption of Work, the Information Investigation Form for Enterprise Epidemic Prevention in Yuhuatai District and the novel coronavirus Epidemic Prevention and Control Plan and Emergency Plan, and formally submitted the application for resumption of work to the relevant departments of Yuhua District Government.

February 8, 14: 30-15: 30, the company successfully passed the on-site resumption inspection of the working group of Yuhua District Software Valley Management Committee. On the evening of February 9th, the company officially got the approval of the first batch of enterprises in Nanjing to resume work.

The epidemic situation is severe, but SHAREPOWER employees are positive and optimistic.
