In order to better implement the "Implementation Plan for Comprehensive Reform of National Standardization" formulated by the State Council, more national standards and industry standards will be formulated, and a number of replicable experiences and practices will be created. The research and formulation of related standards for water photovoltaic should actively respond to the implementation plan, guide and standardize the development of water photovoltaic power plants with standards, and improve the safety and reliability of water photovoltaic power generation system. On March 15th, 2018, China Photovoltaic Industry Association issued three standards-making plans for water photovoltaic, including Floating Body for Water Photovoltaic Power Generation System, Design Specification for Water Photovoltaic Power Generation System and Acceptance Specification for Floating Photovoltaic Power Generation System. China Photovoltaic Industry Association entrusts SHAREPOWER to edit the Design Specification of Water Photovoltaic Power Generation System and participate in the acceptance specification of floating photovoltaic power generation system. The company organized professional teams and technical backbones to devote themselves to the compilation process of this specification, successfully completed this task, and contributed their own strength to the standard design of the water photovoltaic power generation system and the standardization of the industry.

Code for Design of Water Photovoltaic Power Generation System is edited by SHAREPOWWR. This code sets out the relevant standards such as site selection, solar energy resource analysis, station layout, electrical requirements, structure and building requirements, water resources and environmental protection requirements, labor safety, occupational health and hygiene, etc. It is suitable for different types of pile-column integrated water photovoltaic system and floating water photovoltaic system. The formulation of this standard provides a technical basis for the design of the water photovoltaic power generation system, and ensures the overall quality control of the water photovoltaic power generation system. This standard was approved and released by China Photovoltaic Industry Association, with the standard number T/CPIA 0017-2019, which will be implemented on October 15th, 2019.

The acceptance specification of floating photovoltaic power generation system was drafted by Beijing Jianheng Certification Center, and SHAREPOWER was the participating unit. The specification established the relevant standards such as documents to be provided, inspection and testing items to be carried out in the acceptance process of floating photovoltaic power generation system, and was suitable for newly built, rebuilt and expanded floating photovoltaic power generation system with system voltage less than 1500V V. The formulation of this standard provides a technical basis for the acceptance and periodic recheck of floating photovoltaic power generation system on water. The standard number is T/CPIA 0018-2019, which will be implemented on October 15th, 2019.
