This project is a demonstration project of floating photovoltaic power station in Huainan coal mining subsidence area of National Energy Administration, which was built into grid-connected power generation at the end of March 2016, and it was the largest floating photovoltaic power station in the world that year.

This project is designed and constructed by SHARE POWER. Three types of buoys are used to install the components with an inclination of 23 degrees, and the floating platform on the water is used as the base of switch station and inverter.

Advantages of floating photovoltaic power station:

● Does not occupy land for agricultural and mine resources.

● Good water cooling effect, and the power generation increased by 10%-14% compared with that of the ground/roof photovoltaic.

● Reduce the evaporation of water body

● Optimize water quality and inhibit harmful algae growth.

● Energy saving and environmental protection, 100% recovery of floating materials, no water pollution.
